We are a leading consulting company for SAP software and we are looking for a Senior / Lead Consultant SuccessFactors Recruiting to support our customers in implementing and optimizing talent management processes.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Completed certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting or proof of comparable experience
- Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
- Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics and, in particular, HR processes
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Business fluent German and English skills
