The Claims Representative III - Accident Benefits role is responsible for handling complex accident benefits claims, working independently and receiving support from specialists. The team prioritizes client service and continuous improvement, with a focus on creating peace of mind for clients and communities. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of claims handling experience, a university or college degree, and expertise in legislation and regulations.
Requirements
- 5 years of successful claims handling experience related to accident benefits
- University/College Degree CIP designation or Rehab designation
- Expert knowledge of legislation, regulations, and legal system
- Provincial adjuster license(s) may be required
- Occasional travel
