Job Description
We are seeking a Claims Support Representative, Bodily Injury to provide high-level investigation support on bodily injury claims and claimant background information. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with claims representatives and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and create peace of mind for our clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or related field
- Experience using social media and other online resources to research and source information
- Post-secondary education
- Willingness to work towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- Previous experience in desktop investigations and knowledge of bodily injury claims process are considered assets
