Coast Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to provide support to the hotel's kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to Coast Hotels standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Operates, cleans, and maintains the dishwashing equipment and ensures all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and sanitary
• Completes assigned prep work to support the kitchen team with regular service and banquet event preparation
• Stocks supplies and maintains inventory levels
• Acts as an ambassador for Coast Hotels
• Demonstrates a customer service attitude with internal and external contacts
