Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• 4+ years leading in fast-growth, startup environments
• Proven track record of building and scaling a recruiting function from scratch
• Deep, hands-on recruiting chops across technical and non-technical roles
• Strong analytical instincts
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for building diverse, high-performing teams
