Provides member service functions, including greeting, assisting, and directing members or guests, and processing transactions. Represents the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year related experience in administrative, member/customer service, and cash handling
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
