Job Description
Conducts operations support functions, including reviewing transactions, dispute resolution, shared branch transactions, and inventory management. Handles returned mail and generates member notices. Cross-sells credit union's products and services.
Requirements
- Reviews daily system reports of new accounts, closed accounts, and account maintenance
- Investigates and resolves electronic transaction disputes
- Reviews and reconciles CO-OP Shared Branch transactions and reports
- Handles and processes returned mail
- Generates, stuffs, and mails various member notices
- Maintains inventory of forms and supplies
- Cross-sells credit union's products and services
