Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation Inc is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving community health in the Coastal Bend region through evidence-based opioid abatement strategies, community education, and direct medical care. The foundation offers services such as naloxone distribution, mental health referrals, and coordinated opioid recovery programs, staffed by health educators, project coordinators, and medical practitioners.

Physician
Must be a licensed MD or DO, have an active DEA license, and previous experience in primary care. Spanish speaking is a plus
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Current licensure and DEA license, previous primary care experience preferred, Spanish speaking a plus
Pediatrician
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from accredited institution, Active, unrestricted Texas medical license with no history of disciplinary action, Current DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Prevention Specialist
Bachelor's degree in a human services field and 1+ year of experience working with 'high risk' community
Peer Support Specialist
High School diploma, 5 years' experience with people with mental health histories, and ability to identify with the population of focus
