Job Description
Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and health maintenance to patients. Serve as a leader within the patient-centered medical home model and work collaboratively with the care team.
Requirements
- Be a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) licensed to practice in Texas
- Active DEA license
- Previous experience in a primary care setting
- Spanish speaking is a plus
