Job Description
This position will be responsible for keeping the overall grounds clean, functional and free of trash and debris. Daily tasks include sweeping, blowing, trash removal, and landscaping maintenance.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a warm/hot environment
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 consecutive hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
