Server

The Server is responsible for coordinating serving stations and communicating with the front and back-of-the-house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations.

Requirements

• Follows all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Maintains a positive attendance record
• Follows all sanitation and safety standards set forth by the company
• Maintains outstanding guest service standards
• Knows all menu items offered at the restaurant
• Comfortable checking the IDs of guests that order alcohol
• Performs menu merchandising procedures accurately
• Follows all end-of-shift checkout procedures with 100% accuracy
• Follows the alcohol serving procedures regarding beverage service standards, awareness standards, and government regulations with 100% accuracy
• Maintains a good team environment by assisting other team members with their station duties and side work when there is a need and/or when available
• Follows tip reporting regulations 100% of the time
