Program Manager (Account Management/Client Facing)

We are seeking a Program Manager to support the management and success of our key QSR account, McDonald's Canada, with a focus on hardware programs.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in account coordination, account management, program management, or client-facing roles within a technology, hardware, retail, or services environment
• Experience working with enterprise clients or complex multi-stakeholder environments preferred
• Understanding of quick service restaurant operations, retail technology environments, or hardware deployment programs considered an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong business awareness with the ability to understand client priorities and align internal teams accordingly
