Senior Director, Engineering and Quality

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering and/or quality, with 5+ years in technical leadership and experience leading both engineering and quality functions
• Bachelors Degrees in Engineering, Computer science, or related fields
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms, ideally including content services or digital experience solutions
• Strong background with both cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred) and distributed systems (Linux-based environments preferred)
• Demonstrated accountability for engineering execution, quality outcomes and quality governance
• Deep understanding of modern software delivery practices (Agile, Lean, DevOps, CI/CD, etc.)
• Experience establishing engineering frameworks, standards, and practices across distributed teams
• Experience defining and scaling quality management strategies, including automation and shift-left practices
• Demonstrated success managing engineering teams supporting SaaS or digital experience platforms
• Proven track record of launching successful products, platforms, and/or client-facing service offerings
