The Benefits & Leave Specialist is responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs, leave of absence processes, and related HRIS activities in a part-time, benefits-eligible position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or leave management
- Demonstrated knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related leave regulations
- Experience working within HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and employee support skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
