The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing market employees, managing refrigeration equipment, and working closely with distributors to implement sales strategies. They will also be responsible for submitting sales reports and creating work plans for sales representatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher degree in a relevant field
• Sales experience in the FMCG industry (preferable)
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English (preferable)
• Understanding of sales systems/procedures
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) (preferable)
• Dynamic and diligent
• Willing to travel
