Build sales plan, MKT plan, execution guideline, and PicOS to achieve volume, execution, and P&L for National and Regional Key Accounts (NKA/RKA) to support company's profitability and provide value for stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in commercial with solid experience in managing Key Accounts, preferably in FMCG.
• University/Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and building relationships skills.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
