The TSM will be responsible for training and educating sales development staff on sales process skills and distribution, and managing sales staff at the distributor.
Requirements
- Graduated from junior college or above
- Priority has sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Good communication skills
- Priority applicants proficient in English
- Understanding of sales systems / direct sales processes
- Priority applicants proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Dynamic and diligent, willing to travel
