Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Accounts Receivable Analyst performs collection activities for customer accounts, analyzes risk exposure, and communicates with customers to ensure payments are received within terms. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and organizational skills. Experience in credit and collections is preferred.

• Monitors credit limit compliance and recommends credit limit changes
• Build strong relationships with customers to resolve complex issues
• Prepare presentations for customers to resolve collection issues
