Job Description
The Equipment Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating equipment service requests, monitoring technician routes, and communicating with customers and field service teams. Requires advanced communication and organizational skills, and intermediate Microsoft skills. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders, including customers, field service supervisors, and sales teams, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The position is part of a hybrid work environment and requires working at a CCBSS office location regularly.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business experience in the beverage industry, customer service, or logistics/transportation
