Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will ensure the correct execution of the route liquidation process, billing, accounting, and reconciliation in the operational unit, and manage documents involved in each process. They will also receive, control, and match daily sales income, recover informal portfolios, and follow up on pre-sale information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Public Accountancy
- 1 year of experience in administrative processes, billing, collections, and distribution processes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Focus on continuous process improvement
- Effective communication with customers and related areas, customer service orientation
- Financial, accounting, administrative, and distribution processes
- Asset management
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Numerical skills and statistics
- Data and information analysis
