We're looking for a Head of Industrial Security to lead our Operations team in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and communicate security standards and processes, ensuring compliance and commitment to them.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and communicate security requirements, standards, processes, guidelines, initiatives, and best practices, ensuring compliance and commitment to them.
• Identify, evaluate, and ensure the execution of actions and procedures for the proper management of risks, processes, systems, and possible emergencies in a systemic manner.
• Provide technical advice and determine security requirements based on current legislation and applicable standards for projects, changes, processes, and systems related to security management.
• Advise and manage the development of a security culture, identifying opportunities and facilitating the internalization of knowledge or improvement processes.
• Manage, consolidate, and analyze information, indicators, objectives, and goals as well as the identification of Competencies, Trainings, and learning processes in Security.
