As Automation Manager, you will play a crucial role in the optimal functioning of the factory, leading a team of automation technicians and electricians, governing automation systems, and contributing to digitalization processes. The role involves coordinating and developing the team, governing automation system functions, supervising defect analysis and implementation of preventive solutions, defining and implementing maintenance programs, and participating in investment and technological modernization projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field (Automation / Electronics / Electrotechnics)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation and 2 years of experience in leading a team of automation engineers
• Advanced knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLC, SCADA/HMI, OT architecture, machine safety, and measurement and control instrumentation
• Understanding of industrial processes associated with the production environment and methods for efficiency and cost reduction
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical projects
• Leadership, organization, and coordination skills
