Product Configuration Expert – Commercial IoT

As a Product Configuration Expert – Commercial IoT, you will be responsible for developing and lifecycle of IoT products and solutions tailored to commercial use cases such as connected coffee machines, connected vending systems, connected coolers, etc.

Requirements

• Architect and develop embedded firmware for IoT-enabled equipment
• Program microcontrollers using C/C++ and Python, ensuring reliability in production environments
• Design and integrate hardware subsystems, including: sensors, actuators, and communication modules
• Implement and maintain device communication protocols: MQTT, HTTP, and custom protocols
• Lead hardware integration with OEM equipment, including reverse engineering interfaces and ensuring robust interoperability and safety
• Optimize systems for low power consumption, memory efficiency, real-time performance, and efficient communication via GSM network channels
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to ensure seamless integration with IoT platforms, APIs, dashboards, and data pipelines
• Support device lifecycle management: provisioning, OTA updates, monitoring, and diagnostics
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and industry regulations
• Stay up to date with emerging IoT technologies, connectivity standards, and embedded best practices
