Requirements
- Coordinate product aging programs: maintaining training, monitoring, and reporting on market and warehouse parameters
- Ensure product quality on the market
- Report on all key quality product parameters
- Propose and develop process improvements
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate customer and consumer complaints - from receipt to closure (including on-site visits as needed)
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective measures
- Implement market quality programs in collaboration with customers
