Join us to take your career journey to the next level! As a Health and Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining OHS management systems, conducting risk assessments, and organizing trainings for employees.
Requirements
- Act as an H&S coordinator at the location and taking part in H&S implementation projects
- Carrying out conformity assessment according to ISO 45001 within the scope of local rules and regulations, Coca-Cola standards (KORE) and studies to ensure compliance
- Implementing, disseminating and executing ISO 45001 OHS Management Systems requirements
- Organizing and report the periodic OHS board meetings
- Provide plan of the periodic controls, maintenance and measurements to be made within the scope of OHS management systems in the workplace, ensure the implementation of the prepared plans
- Take measures to OHS Management Systems Performance as periodic and report to the management and other organizations to this result
- Following up the routine controls, measurements, analyzes and permissions / documents, to follow the correspondence with official institutions
- Making suggestions, planning actions and reporting to the employer on these issues to identification of hazards in the workplace and risk assessments, elimination of hazards and controlling risks
- Provide evaluation internal and external OHS audits, to arrange and follow up Regulatory Preventive Activities (RPA) and to resolve nonconformities
- Organize and manage trainings to be given to employees within the scope of ISO 45001 OHSMS, Kore requirements and according to risk assessment, contributing to the monitoring of training effectiveness
- Determination annual budget of expenditures to be made for OHS activities, to create and follow the investment plans
