We are seeking an HR Specialist (Total Rewards) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field, and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The HR Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing HR reports, reviewing and updating HR policies, and administering Total Rewards programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong analytical, statistical, and data analysis skills
- Capable of effectively planning, executing, and delivering HR projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Deep understanding of local legislation and market practices
- Intermediate level of English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global and diverse environment
