Requirements

Regularly monitor the amount of raw materials consumed and the use of consumables
Perform a refill with a product of one type to another and perform standard sanitary flushing
Achieve maximum production and productivity in the filling process
Monitor temperature, filling level, and all measuring devices when operating filling equipment
Perform all necessary adjustments to ensure that the final product meets company standards
Monitor the operation of the filling, capping, bottle filling (rinser) equipment, ozone generator, mixer, pasteurizer on the hot filling line and respond to all possible mechanical problems
Monitor timely filling of the plug hopper and supplying it to the capping machine
Moderate the operation of the rejector on FILTEK, CHECKMAT - determination of the product level in a bottle and dating of bottles (domino). The flow of freshly made drinks is informed to laboratory employees
Perform cleaning and sanitary treatment (SIP) of filling equipment and the mixer in accordance with procedures and company requirements
Occupational safety, fire safety, industrial sanitation, and environmental protection regulations
Average and average professional (technical, mechanical, electronics) education
Honesty and responsibility
Russian and Uzbek - average and above
