Requirements
- Support talent management processes for critical positions in interaction with HRBP across the country and line managers.
- Support the implementation of career paths within the country and programs for internal/international mobility.
- Support HRBP in selecting personnel for critical positions and improving the adaptation process (onboarding).
- Provide necessary support for conducting employee engagement surveys in the country and developing action plans.
- Work with HRBP to improve their competencies in talent management.
- Implement and support existing talent management tools, policies, and procedures in accordance with HQ requirements.
