Digital Equipment Coordinator

The Digital Equipment Coordinator supports the Digital Equipment Manager in the daily operations of Smashbox Studios’ digital department, ensuring equipment readiness, maintaining accurate inventory tracking, and delivering exceptional service to both studio and location clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a rental house, photo studio, production environment, or digital tech support role
• Valid state driver's license and safe driving record
• Familiarity with professional camera systems, capture software, and digital workflow fundamentals
• Experience with inventory or rental management systems is a plus
• Prior experience in service-oriented roles
