Job Description
Coda is a global growth engine for commerce that connects people, digital products, and payments through trusted digital monetization and distribution solutions. We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting-related matters for our subsidiaries globally.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ISCA, CPA).
- More than 6 years of working experience in the related field.
- Audit background would be a bonus.
- Strong communication/coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, including other company functions, management and external auditors.
- Independent and self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, with the ability lead a team and supervise team members closely on technical matters
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and tax compliance matters
- Well-versed in MS Office and Netsuite ERP system
