Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Adelaide. As a hands-on electronics professional, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable electronic products. This role involves coordinating repair and rework priorities, diagnosing complex electronic faults, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an electronics manufacturing or production assembly environment
- Advanced hands-on skills in electronic fault finding, PCB repair, and microelectronics soldering
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- A solid understanding of manufacturing principles such as Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and defect prevention
- Formal engineering qualifications are advantageous but not essential — practical capability, repair expertise, and manufacturing mindset are critical
