We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver end-to-end ICCS+CAD implementations and integration projects into UK police forces. The role involves leading planning and delivery of CAD implementation and integration projects, managing budgets and milestones, and acting as the primary contact for police forces during project delivery. The Project Manager will also plan and coordinate the deployment and configuration of Zetron's new CAD system into live and test environments, manage integration to surrounding systems, and oversee data migration and interface development.
Requirements
- Current NPPV Level 3 clearance (or recently held and capable of swift renewal)
- Significant project management experience within UK policing, preferably in control rooms, CAD or integrated command & control systems
- Proven track record delivering software and integration projects in mission-critical or 24/7 operational environments
- Strong understanding of police control room processes (incident creation, grading, dispatch, resource management, officer safety)
- Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams (infrastructure, networking, applications, integrations, data)
- Comfortable working with Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills at all levels
- High standard of written documentation: project plans, RAID logs, reports, briefing packs
