Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an autonomous, self-sufficient engineer
- Strong culture of mentorship to support colleagues
- Expert-level ability to design stable, deterministic tests
- Proven experience setting up, maintaining, and customizing automation frameworks
- Ability to integrate test frameworks seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines
- Deep experience with API testing and load testing tools
- Proficiency in detecting and correcting memory usage issues and optimizing application performance
- Ability to read and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend languages
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA+ accessibility standards and modern security guidelines
- Expert-level use of JIRA and Confluence for strategic defect logging, test planning, and reporting
