Job Description
Code First Girls is seeking experienced Java developers to provide technical 1:1 coaching for Software Engineers working with our partner companies. This is a freelance role, designed to support graduates and/ or employees professional growth over a six-month programme while helping CFG address the gender imbalance in tech.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience as a Java developer
- Strong technical skills in Java (backend)
- Experience with DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, and queuing systems
- Technical architecture knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in both 1:1 and group settings
