Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Banking. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in the banking sector with deep knowledge of retail products, digital channels, core banking systems, and end-to-end customer journeys.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking and Digital Banking.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products: accounts, cards, loans, deposits, payments, remittances.
- Deep knowledge of digital banking journeys including onboarding, authentication, digital KYC, servicing, and channel enhancements.
- Experience with core banking systems (T24, Flexcube, Finacle) or digital banking platforms.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, risk controls, and industry best practices.
- Experience in digital transformation, process re-engineering, and modernization projects.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specs.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital banking architecture (preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is advantageous.
