Job Description
CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building human-machine collaboration systems. The Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to help customers appreciate the value of CodeRabbit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with 2+ years in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
- Strong experience with software development tools and platforms
- Comfortable working with command line
- Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills solve new problems
