Associate Growth Manager (Web)

Codeway is a global consumer tech company looking for an Associate Growth Manager (Web) to lead the marketing and growth of their web products. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of performance marketing experience, hands-on experience with campaign management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with campaign management in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB, etc.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4, etc.), mobile measurement partners (Adjust and/or Appsflyer) is a plus
• Knowledge in user attribution and conversion tracking across diverse channels is a plus
• Understanding of big data environment (preferably BigQuery) is a plus
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
