Anchor Nurse Practitioner: Pediatrics

The Anchor Nurse Practitioner provides direct patient care, supports timely completion of care, and co-manages selected patients with primary care providers. The role requires a flexible and motivated team player with a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an NP.

Requirements

• Flexible, motivated team player who is committed to community health and the Patient-Centered Medical Home model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an NP
• Medical fluency in Haitian Kreyol, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Cape Verdean Creole desired.
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or graduate of a Master’s Degree program with an incorporated Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Licensure: Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active DEA & Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure.
• Certifications: Active Certification from a recognized national certification program.
• Active Basic Life Support Certification.
