Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to lead a team of approximately eight AP professionals and oversee the end-to-end AP execution in line with SSC standards and local requirements. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate AP processing, maintaining strong internal controls and compliance, and driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Leadership and coaching experience
- Operational excellence in finance or accounting
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/other)
- Workflow and ticketing tools experience
- Excel and Power BI basics for reporting and KPI tracking
