Claims Analyst with English

As a Claims Analyst with Coface, you will perform daily operational activities for the North Europe regions, including processing claims, reporting, and participating in internal projects. You will work in a hybrid environment, joining a close-knit international organization that fosters a culture of learning and collaboration.

Requirements

• Perform claims daily operational activities for the Coface North Europe regions
• Process policyholders requests and supporting documents
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information in order to facilitate analysis
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete requests
• Classify documents
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Administrate claim files and ensure regular updates from opening to closing of the file
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding fast claims management by analysts
• Compute and record invoices details, notifications and information in tools
• Reports on Claims activities to the serviced countries
• Take appropriate action to maximize recoveries
• Compile reports according to group rules.
• Organize internal processes and work-flows and identify processes and work-flows which need to be adapted/improved
• Participate in internal projects
• Ad hoc activities
• Participates in the creation / update of Claims Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams
