Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• 3 years in team coordination or leadership
• Strong background in international or multi-country recruitment
• Excellent command of English
• Fluency in one additional international language
• Advanced sourcing capabilities
• Proven experience managing senior or niche roles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
