Transformation Project Manager

Coface is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join their Transformation Office in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing transformation programs, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management in strategic organizational transformation contexts
• Excellent-proven-ability of project management (Waterfall, Agile Project Management tools)
• Strong communication skills
• Solid process management skills (Lean Management)
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (planning, risk monitoring, etc.)
• Excellent level of English required; third language preferred
• Strong leadership capacity, Authenticity, collaboration and open communication
• Experience in Financial Sectors will be an advantage
