Job Description
Coffman Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer (1-3 years) to gain site development experience, develop new business relationships, and work in a professional, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic self-starter, with a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team and be willing to have fun! Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar ABET-accredited program
- Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) required or pending
- One to three years' experience
- Experience and/or interest in general site engineering
- Design skills for preparing site plans, grading and drainage plans, storm water management design, water and sanitary sewer utility plans, ADA accessibility, and other associated improvements
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D drafting system and standards preferred
- Experience with MS Office programs
- Desire to work as a pro-active team player
- Effective technical writing and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive, can-do-attitude
