Job Description
The External Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) is responsible for originating Residential mortgages from sources, ensuring high-quality customer service and loan quality. Candidates should have a proven track record in loan origination, business development, and relationship management. The role is available throughout Florida and across the US.
Requirements
- Attract new mortgage loan applications through referrals.
- Interview prospective customers to understand needs and explain loan products.
- Obtain financial information & establish loan approval recommendation.
- Maintain knowledge of lending regulations and company policies.
- Ensure BSA compliance.
