Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting and financial reporting functions, including financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and financial analysis & planning. The role requires a strong understanding of GAAP, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Advanced experience with Quickbooks
