Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Technical skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Procore
- Construction knowledge: in-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Safety standards: familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Communication: outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational skills: excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Leadership: a team player with strong leadership capabilities
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
