Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner / Caregiver to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents in an assisted living community. As a team member, you will help residents with activities of daily living, promote independence, and maintain their comfort and well-being.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA/PCA/HCA license (plus)
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
- Experience with memory care (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect
