Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Partners to provide direct care to residents. These individuals will assist residents with daily living, promoting their comfort, safety, and independence, while also engaging them in activities and communicating with their healthcare providers and families. The company fosters a supportive team environment and values growth and employee well-being.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current caregiver training/certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months experience in a professional caregiving setting
- Experience with memory care (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude and commitment to resident dignity
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation
