Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to their residents. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, promoting resident independence and comfort, and ensuring their safety and well-being within a supportive team environment. This is a role heavily focused on emotional connection and providing a nurturing care experience for residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation
