Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents in our senior living community. The Care Partner will assist residents with activities of daily living, prioritize independence and emotional support, and promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Caregiver training is a plus
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
- Experience with memory care is preferred (for Memory Care communities)
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation
